Steps by step instructions
How to make the Ninja Creami Rocky Road Ice Cream
STEP 1: Blend almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, vanilla extract, sweetener, guar gum and cream cheese on high for about 30 seconds using a blender. Next, pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint, seal the lid tightly, and freeze for 24 hours.
Freeze the marshmallows separately in the fridge.
STEP 2: take the pint out of the freezer after 24 hours and remove the lid. Then, put it in the outer container of the Ninja Creami ice cream maker and place the blade lid on top. Lock it securely in place.
Next, turn on the machine and press the "Smoothie Bowl" button. Let the machine run until the ice cream is ready.
STEP 3: Roughly chop the pecans and cut the frozen sugar-free marshmallows into ¼" pieces. Create a well down the centre of the ice cream and add half of the marshmallows, pecans and chocolate chips. Use the "mix-in" function on the Ninja Creami machine and spin again.
Alternatively you can fold in the marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans. Serve with a few extra toppings of marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans.

Ninja Creami Healthy Rocky Road Ice Cream (Sugar Free)
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 2.5 tablespoon low carb vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ tablespoon low carb sweetener
- 1 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ teaspoon guar gum
- 3 sugar free marshmallows freeze and then cut into ¼ inch pieces
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1X for Original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5X for Deluxe (24 ounces).
- Blend all ingredients (except marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans) in a blender for 30 seconds. Transfer to a ninja creami pint, place the lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
