    Storage

Store the Keto Bechamel Sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to 3-4 days.

    Frequently asked questions

Can I use regular cream cheese for this sauce?

Yes, you can use regular cream cheese, but make sure it's full-fat for a keto-friendly option.

Is nutmeg essential in this sauce?

No, nutmeg is optional. It adds a unique flavor, but you can omit it if you prefer.

Can I freeze this sauce for later use?

It's not recommended to freeze bechamel sauce, as it can change in texture and consistency when thawed. It's best enjoyed fresh.
