Frequently asked questions
It all depends on the size of your beverage and how sweet your want it to be. I would start with one tablespoon and see if it's to your liking. Then add more if you want like it sweeter.
This syrup has 0 carbs but sweet syrups may still spike your blood sugars. I would recommend monitoring your blood sugars when you first use this syrup to see how it affects you personally as some people have no issues with syrups sweetened with erythritol and some do. It can also be enjoyed by anyone and those following a low carb and keto way of eating.
There is actually no pumpkin in pumpkin spice but it is often used to flavor pumpkin recipes which is why it's called pumpkin spice.
