Ingredients used in this sugar free frappuccino recipe
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips: we usually purchase Lily's sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
- Cold Espresso: Make it ahead of time and keep it in the fridge to cool down.
- Cocoa Powder: make sure to use an unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Powdered Sweetener: Use powdered erythritol, monk fruit or allulose. If you only have granular sweetener, blend it until powdered. You can also use liquid stevia if you prefer, sweeten to taste.
- Dairy or milk alternative: I enjoy a 35% cream for this recipe. Use your favorite milk or milk alternative.
Recipe Tips
Creamy Texture: Blend it on high speed to get that thick, frothy consistency like a classic Starbucks mocha frappuccino.
Delicious Chocolate Flavor: Let the chocolate drizzle cool for a bit before topping the sugar free frappuccino.
Recipe Variations
Vanilla Frappuccino: Swap the sugar-free chocolate chips and cocoa powder for one teaspoon of vanilla extract for a creamy Starbucks vanilla frappuccino copycat.
Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino: Drizzle this sugar-free caramel sauce with the chocolate drizzle for a rich and decadent twist.
