How to make the Low Carb Simple Syrup
- STEP 1: add water and allulose to a small saucepan on medium heat and whisk until dissolved. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
- STEP 2: add ¼ teaspoon of Xanthan Gum and whisk vigorously until dissolved, add 5-10 drops of liquid stevia, whisk and allow to simmer for 2-4 minutes.
- STEP 3: remove from heat and allow to cool before pouring into an airtight mason jar

Low Carb Simple Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup sweetener
- ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
- 5-10 drops liquid stevia I used 5 drops
Instructions
- In a small saucepan on medium heat, bring water to a boil, add allulose and whisk until completely dissolved.
- add xanthan gum and whisk vigorously to ensure there are no lumps and it is well incorporated. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes
- add stevia drops and whisk again
- remove from heat and allow to cool before pouring into a bottle or mason jar.

Notes
- Continuously whisk in the sauce pan to help all ingredients to dissolve.
- If it does not appear to be thick, allow it cool in the fridge as it should thicken up.
