sweetener

teaspoon
xanthan gum
5-10
drops
liquid stevia
I used 5 drops
Instructions
In a small saucepan on medium heat, bring water to a boil, add allulose and whisk until completely dissolved.
add xanthan gum and whisk vigorously to ensure there are no lumps and it is well incorporated. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes
add stevia drops and whisk again
remove from heat and allow to cool before pouring into a bottle or mason jar.

Continuously whisk in the sauce pan to help all ingredients to dissolve.
If it does not appear to be thick, allow it cool in the fridge as it should thicken up.
