I Hacked Diabetes Documentary: Episode 1

Back in 2021 my life changed completely. I left my 9-5 job, packed up and moved to a small town and honestly it threw everything off. My eating. My routine. My blood sugars.

After the holidays I had gone completely off the rails. My blood sugars were high and I was struggling. So instead of hiding it I decided to document the entire 12 week journey of getting back on track.

No filters. No perfect days. Just real life managing diabetes when everything around you changes and your health pays the price.
