Monitoring blood glucose levels

This was super important for me which is why I initially used a flash glucose meter but after realizing the accuracy was not quite what I was looking for I reverted back to a traditional blood glucose meter.

Lifestyle Changes

Not only was I looking at how food affected my blood sugar levels but I used fasting and exercise to help keep them in check. Losing weight and diet can have a big impact on managing type 2 diabetes reversal.
