Parchment Paper
Baking Sheet
Ingredients
1.5
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
save a ¼ cup for sprinkling over pickles
6
sandwich pickle slices
2
tablespoon
shredded parmesan cheese
optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread shredded cheddar into two rectangles (about 5x7 inches each), leaving space between them.
Place pickle sandwich slices between two paper towels and gently press to remove moisture.
Lay 3 pickle slices across each cheese rectangle.
Sprinkle a little extra shredded cheddar on top of the pickles.
Optional: Add a light sprinkle of grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly and crisp.
Remove from oven and carefully tilt the baking sheet over the sink or a heat-safe surface to drain any excess grease.
Dab gently with a paper towel to remove any remaining oil on the surface.
Add your sandwich toppings, Deli meat, mayo, tomato, lettuce, whatever you like.
Either stack the two wraps like sandwich bread, or roll each one up individually.
Cut in half for easy serving and enjoy immediately while warm and crisp.

Notes
Use parchment paper—not wax paper—to prevent sticking.
Dry pickle slices well to avoid soggy wraps.
Let cheese cool for 1–2 minutes before rolling so it firms up without cracking.
