In a small bowl mix the olive oil with the minced garlic, oregano and chili flakes.
Place a lavash bread onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Brush the lavash bread with the olive oil mixture.
Top the lavash bread with mozzarella, salami and grated parmesan.
Bake at 425°F for 4-6 minutes or until the edges are golden. (See the video before making this recipe)

TipsThe crust can burn easily so keep an eye on it and don't overcook it.If you use a sauce rather than the olive oil mixture, do not use too much as the crust can become soggy.
