Beat the heat with our refreshing Sugar Free Raspberry Popsicles recipe. Bursting with fruity flavors and made with natural sweeteners, these frozen treats are a guilt-free delight for all ages.
Mash the raspberries and whisk them with the yogurt, electrolytes and then sprinkle the xanthan gum over top and whisk again.
1 cup full fat yogurt, 2 cups mashed ripe raspberries, 2 teaspoon blue raspberry electrolytes, ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
Add the water and whisk until everything is well incorporated.
2.5 cups water
Pour into the popsicle mold and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze 4-6 hours and enjoy!
