- 1 cup chai tea steeped and cold (I used 2 tea bags)
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin purée
- ½ teaspoon guar gum
- ¼ cup powdered sweetener sugar substitute

Instructions
- Brew the chai tea. Put 2 chai tea bags in a cup, add 1 cup of boiling water, stir, and cover. Let it sit for 2 minutes. After it’s brewed, pour it into a small jar, cover, and chill in the fridge.1 cup chai tea
- When the chai tea is cold, put it in a blender with all the other ingredients (except the heavy whipping cream). Blend on high for 30 seconds.¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 tablespoon Simply Delish sugar free vanilla instant pudding, 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, 2 tablespoon pumpkin purée, ½ teaspoon guar gum, ¼ cup powdered sweetener sugar substitute
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze it for 24 hours.
- After freezing, put the pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Use the “smoothie bowl” or “lite ice” setting to spin it.
- Make a small well in the center of the ice cream and pour in the heavy whipping cream.1 oz heavy whipping cream (35%)
