In a blender, combine the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla extract, and guar gum. Blend until smooth and well combined.
¼ cup heavy whipping cream 35%, 1 oz cream cheese, 1 scoop low carb vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon guar gum
Carefully stir in the Dr. Pepper by hand to prevent an eruption from the carbonation.

Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes to let the carbonation subside, ensuring a smoother texture.
