Sugar free orange chocolate pots are the perfect low-carb, diabetic-friendly dessert for the festive season! Made with just three simple ingredients, they’re rich, creamy, and bursting with vibrant orange and chocolate flavor.
Heat the heavy whipping cream in a saucepan on low heat until it just starts to simmer. Don’t let it boil, then remove it from the heat.
⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
Pour the hot cream over the sugar-free chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let it sit for 3 minutes to melt the chocolate.
¾ cup sugar free chocolate chips
After 3 minutes, add the orange zest and orange extract to the bowl.
1 tbsp orange zest, ¼ tsp orange extract
Stir gently with a rubber spatula until the chocolate and cream are well combined.
Switch to a whisk and stir until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Divide the mixture into 4 small pots and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Let the pots sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving to soften the chocolate. Enjoy!

Notes
The recipe was designed for two servings, but I found each pot to be too much for a single serving. Now, I divide the recipe into four pots instead. This adjustment makes the portions perfect for a satisfying yet balanced treat, ideal for enjoying a rich chocolate and orange flavor without feeling overwhelmed.[mailerlite_form form_id=2]
