Sugar Free Black Licorice Ice Cream (Ninja Creami)
Enjoy the unique and delicious flavor of Sugar Free Licorice Ice Cream, made with the Ninja Creami machine! This creamy, guilt-free treat combines the bold taste of licorice with a smooth, velvety texture.
Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1X for Original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5X for Deluxe (24 ounces).
Blend all ingredients (unsweetened almond milk, vanilla whey protein powder, anise extract, vanilla extract, guar gum, powdered sweetener, and black food coloring) on high for 30 seconds.
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop low carb vanilla protein powder, ½ teaspoon anise extract, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon guar gum, ¼ cup powdered sweetener sugar substitute, 2 drops natural black food coloring or 6 drops red, 6 drops blue, 6 drops green to make black.
Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami outer container with the lid on.
Spin using the “Smoothie Bowl” or “Lite Ice” function.
If needed, mix in ½ oz of heavy whipping cream to achieve the desired consistency.

Serve and enjoy your sugar-free black licorice ice cream! Store any leftovers in the pint or an airtight container in the freezer.
