Sugar Free Banana Pudding Brownies are gluten-free, low-carb, and diabetic-friendly. Made with almond flour and sugar free banana pudding, it’s the ultimate healthy treat for anyone following a low carb or sugar-conscious diet.
Prepare the sugar free banana pudding as per the package directions, only ½ a cup of the prepared pudding is needed.
½ cup simply desserts sugar free banana pudding mix
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, salt, and powdered sweetener.

Add the wet ingredients: eggs, cooled melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Divide the batter into two separate bowls.
In one bowl, add cocoa powder and espresso powder along with the sugar-free chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.

In the other bowl, add the sugar-free banana pudding and banana extract. Mix until well combined.

Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
First, transfer the chocolate mixture to the pan and spread it evenly.
Then, add the banana mixture on top and spread it out evenly.
Use a butter knife to run through the pan, creating a swirl effect.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan, or it may fall apart.
