Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together unsweetened almond milk, sugar-free pistachio pudding mix, and stevia until smooth.
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk,
2 tablespoon Simply Desserts sugar free pistachio pudding mix,
8-10 drops liquid stevia
Add Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder.
2 cups greek yogurt,
¼ cup low carb vanilla protein powder
Whisk until fully combined and creamy. If you prefer a more greener pistachio pudding add the 2 drops of natural green food coloring.
2 drops natural green food coloring
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
Once chilled, serve as is or top with whipped heavy cream.
Whipped Heavy Whipping Cream
Optionally, garnish with crushed pistachios for extra crunch. (See notes below the reicpe card)
