1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk or your preferred milk or nut milk
1 scoop low carb chocolate protein powder 2.5 tbsp
2 tablespoon cream cheese
1 teaspoon espresso powder
¼ teaspoon guar gum alternatively use xanthan gum
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter more to drizzle on top if desired

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop low carb chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoon cream cheese, 1 teaspoon espresso powder, ¼ teaspoon guar gum, ⅛ teaspoon salt, ¼ cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
The next day, remove the frozen mixture from the freezer.
Place it in the Ninja Creami outer bowl with the lid blade on and spin using the smoothie bowl or lite ice function.
Remove the ice cream from the Ninja Creami and enjoy as is, or top with a drizzle of melted peanut butter for an added touch.

Notes

For a drizzle of peanut butter melt it in the microwave on high for 20-30 seconds.
