Instructions
Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1X for Original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5X for Deluxe (24 ounces).
Blend all ingredients on high for 30 seconds and then strain through a fine mesh strainer.
1.5 cups coconut milk,
½ cup heavy whipping cream 35%,
1 cup fresh raspberries,
1 scoop low carb vanilla protein powder,
1 scoop blue raspberry electrolytes,
1 oz cream cheese,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
¼ teaspoon guar gum
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint.
Cover and freeze for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, spin in the Ninja Creami machine using the lite ice or smoothie bowl function.
