Keto Bibimbap Recipe with Crispy Cauli Rice and Beef

Whisk marinade ingredients in a bowl: Add sliced beef, coat well, and set aside.
3 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sweetener, 2 garlic cloves, ¼ medium onion, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 lb skirt steak
Fry cauliflower rice: In a pan over medium-high heat, cook cauliflower rice until moisture evaporates. Pack down rice and fry, stirring every 5 minutes, until crispy (3-4 times). Divide into 4 bowls.

Cook beef: Using the same pan over medium heat, fry marinated beef until no longer pink (4-6 minutes). Divide among the bowls with cauliflower rice.
Sauté veggies: In the same pan over medium heat, sauté shredded carrots and snow peas to preferred doneness. Transfer to the bowls.

Fry eggs: Fry 4 eggs in the same pan over medium-high heat until edges are crispy. Place one egg on each bowl. Enjoy!
