High Protein Chunky Monkey Ice Cream (Ninja Creami)
Creamy, high-protein, low-carb Chunky Monkey ice cream made in the Ninja Creami! Packed with real banana flavor, a rich chocolate swirl, and crunchy walnuts.
Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1X for Original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5X for Deluxe (24 ounces).
In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free banana pudding mix, vanilla extract, banana extract, and water. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami. Use the Lite Ice Cream setting to blend.
Re-Spin – If the texture is crumbly, use the Re-Spin function until smooth and creamy.
Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Add Toppings & Fold In – Swirl the melted chocolate over the ice cream, sprinkle with chopped walnuts, and gently fold everything throughout to maintain texture.
Optional Mix-In – If you prefer, use the Mix-In button to blend in the chocolate and walnuts, but note that this will break them into smaller pieces. You can also add extra chocolate chips as a mix-in without melting them.
