Notes
Top Tips:
- Optimal Grilling: Preheat the grill to high heat and ensure it is clean and well-oiled. Grill the marinated steak to your desired level of doneness, flipping it only once to achieve those beautiful grill marks. Be mindful not to overcook the steak to maintain its juiciness. When done, let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing, allowing the juices to redistribute and ensuring a moist and tender result.
- Quality Ingredients: Choose high-quality ingredients for your Caprese Steak recipe. Opt for fresh and ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fragrant basil, and a good-quality cut of steak. Using fresh and flavorful ingredients will significantly enhance the taste and overall enjoyment of your grilled steak.
