Spread the jalapeno pub cheese evenly onto a large low carb tortilla.
Top with bacon crumble and roll the tortilla tight.

TipsIf you want them to set a little more, wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap before cutting and store them in an airtight container for up to 2 hours. Remove from fridge and cut them into pinwheels.Pinwheels are best consumed on the same day as they may get soggy.Roll the pinwheels as tight as possible so they will look nice and stick together well.
