Ingredients
13.5
oz
can of coconut milk
2.5
tablespoon
vanilla organic vegan protein powder
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1.5
teaspoon
coconut extract
¼
teaspoon
guar gum
¼
cup
unsweetened almond milk
or any other milk alternatives
Instructions
Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1X for Original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5X for Deluxe (24 ounces).
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
13.5 oz can of coconut milk,
2.5 tablespoon vanilla organic vegan protein powder,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1.5 teaspoon coconut extract,
¼ teaspoon guar gum,
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
Pour the mixture into Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove from freezer and set up in Ninja Creami
Use the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Smoothie Bowl” setting
Check texture – if crumbly, re-spin until smooth and creamy
Serve right away or freeze and re-spin later
Notes
Use full fat coconut milk for the creamiest texture.
Let the pint sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before spinning if it’s rock solid, especially if your freezer runs very cold.
