Easy-to-make Corned Beef Fritters! Made with corned beef, almond flour and spices. A perfect way to satisfy your cravings while staying on track with your health goals.
Combine all the ingredients except the olive oil in a large bowl until well mixed through.
¾ cup shredded corned beef, ¾ cup almond flour, 2 large eggs, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon baking powder, ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
Place the olive oil in the pan and heat over medium and then scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of the corned beef mixture onto the hot frying pan. Fry on each side for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown. I fit 4 fritters per batch.
