Add ice to a cocktail shaker with tequila, coconut milk and fresh lime juice, add stevia to taste according to your preferred sweetness.
1 oz tequila, 3 oz unsweetened coconut milk, ½ oz fresh lime juice, liquid stevia to taste, ice cubes
Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Remove the lid and add the coconut pineapple sparkling ice water and stir.
2 oz coconut pineapple sparkling ice water
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
