Instructions
Grind spices (optional) and mix with pork sausage and sugar-free maple syrup in a large bowl.
Form 10 balls from the mixture, then shape each into a patty. (see video below)
Heat olive oil in a skillet, fry patties for 3 minutes on each side until browned.
Remove from skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat in batches if necessary.
