Bacon Wrapped Steak Bites (Air Fryer and Oven Method)
Bacon Wrapped Steak Bites offer a crowd-pleasing dish that's easy to make and bursting with flavor. Whether you're hosting a party or just looking for a savory snack, these mouthwatering bites are sure to impress.
In a large bowl, mix cubed steak with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cut each bacon strip into thirds and wrap each steak cube with a piece of bacon, secure with a toothpick.
Place the wrapped steak bites in the air fryer basket in two batches.
Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes, then turn the bites and cook for another 5 minutes.
Adjust cooking time based on your preferred steak doneness, ours were medium well done, more on the well done side.
For the oven method, preheat the oven to 400°F and bake the wrapped steak bites on a parchment lined baking sheet for approximately 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Notes
For those who prefer their steak on the rarer side while still achieving crispy bacon:
Partially cook the bacon: Precook the bacon partially either in the microwave or on the stovetop until it's slightly cooked but still flexible.
Wrap the partially cooked bacon around the steak: Once the bacon is partially cooked, wrap it around the steak before air frying or baking. This allows both the steak and bacon to finish cooking together.
Adjust cooking times: Be mindful of cooking times to ensure the bacon reaches desired crispiness while the steak remains cooked to your preferred level of doneness. Thinner slices of bacon or pre-cooking the bacon to achieve crispiness without overcooking the steak may be necessary.
