Mix minced garlic, parsley and butter together and spread on two slices of low carb bread
Shred the cheese and layer onto one bread slice, with the buttered side facing down. Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing upwards.
Air fry in a preheated air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes, flip and top with a pad of butter and air fry for another 2 minutes.
