Quick Russian Dressing Dipping Sauce
Combine all the ingredients except the olive oil in a large bowl until well mixed through.
¾ cup shredded corned beef, ¾ cup almond flour, 2 large eggs, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon baking powder, ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
Place the olive oil in the pan and heat over medium and then scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of the corned beef mixture onto the hot frying pan. Fry on each side for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown. I fit 4 fritters per batch.
2 tablespoon olive oil
Transfer the cooked fritters to a plate lined with paper towel to catch any extra grease. Serve and enjoy. (See recipe video)
Quick Russian Dressing Dipping Sauce (optional)
Combine ingredients together in a small bowl. Use for dipping.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon no sugar added ketchup, ¼ teaspoon horse radish
(See the video instructions if further clarification is needed)
Recipe Tips:
- Make sure to drain the excess liquid if using canned corned beef before mixing it with the other ingredients. This will help prevent the fritters from being too moist and falling apart during cooking.
- To ensure the fritters hold together well during frying, use a spatula to gently press down on each fritter as it cooks. This will help it form a crispy exterior and hold its shape.
