Instructions
Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1X for Original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5X for Deluxe (24 ounces).
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container, seal it, and place it in the freezer on a flat surface for 24 hours.
After freezing, install the pint into your Ninja Creami machine and select the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Gelato” setting.
If the ice cream appears crumbly, use the “Re-Spin” function once or twice until the texture is smooth and creamy.
Scoop and serve immediately. Add optional toppings like shredded coconut, a sprinkle of matcha, or sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
Notes
Use full-fat ingredients.
Coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk gives the best results. Low-fat or watery bases tend to freeze icy and crumbly.
Don’t skip the protein powder or pudding mix.
Both add structure and softness, especially after freezing.
