provolone cheese

turkey deli slices
cut into 1" wide slices

thawed and cut int half
Instructions
Place a cube of cheese on a cutting board.
Cut the deli turkey into 1-inch wide slices, trimming if necessary.
Fold or layer one slice of turkey neatly over each cheese cube so it covers the top.
Slice a cucumber into thin rounds and place one slice on top of each turkey layer.
Cut cranberries in half and place one half on top of each cucumber slice.
Insert a toothpick through the center of each stack to hold all layers together.
Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve, or serve immediately as a low-carb appetizer.
Notes
Skewers can be made a few hours ahead and chilled until serving.
Use fresh pesto for the best flavor.
Adjust pesto or cranberry amounts to taste.
