Ingredients
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk or your preferred milk or milk alternative
- 2.5 tablespoon low carb vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon peach extract flavor
- ¼ teaspoon guar gum
Optional Ingredients
- 1 drop natural red food coloring to make that peach color
- 2 drops natural yellow food coloring to make that peach color

Instructions
- Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1X for Original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5X for Deluxe (24 ounces).
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, 2.5 tablespoon low carb vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoon cream cheese, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon peach extract flavor, ¼ teaspoon guar gum, 1 drop natural red food coloring, 2 drops natural yellow food coloring
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint.
- Freeze the pint for 24 hours.
- After freezing, place the pint in the Ninja Creami outer bowl with the lid on.
- Spin in the Ninja Creami using the smoothie bowl or lite ice function. Once spun, scoop, serve, and enjoy your delicious sugar-free peaches and cream ice cream!
Notes
Optionally you can add one or two peaches to the ice cream before blending but I find it does not add that much natural peach flavor and it may not be worth the additional sugar.
