Brew 2 chai tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 2 minutes. Remove the tea bags, stir, and place the tea in the fridge to cool.

Once the chai is cool, pour it over ice in a tall glass and add ¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk.

Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
In a mason jar, mix together heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener.
2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 teaspoon liquid monkfruit sweetener, 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Use a milk frother to whip the mixture until it’s thick and frothy. (see notes)
Pour the whipped pumpkin cream over the chai mixture in the glass.
If you like, sprinkle some extra pumpkin spice on top. Enjoy!

Notes
If you’re using a blender instead of a milk frother, blend the pumpkin cream mixture on low speed for just a few seconds. Be careful not to over-blend, as this can make the mixture too thick and difficult to pour. If it gets too thick, you can thin it out by adding a little extra almond milk.[mailerlite_form form_id=2]
