plain greek yogurt

Instructions
Put the sugar-free jello powder into a large bowl.
2 tablespoon Strawberry, Cherry or Raspberry Sugar Free Jello Mix
Add one and a quarter cup of boiling water to the bowl.
1 ¼ cup boiling hot water
Stir the mixture really well until the powder is completely dissolved.
Let the jello cool down at room temperature (don’t put it in the fridge yet).
When it’s cool, add the Greek yogurt and protein powder (if using) and mix it all together.
1 cup plain greek yogurt
Put the bowl in the fridge and let it set for 2-3 hours.
Serve with fresh strawberry slices and whipped cream on top.
