Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen cauliflower
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F
- In a large mixing bowl combine the frozen cauliflower with the remaining ingredients.3 cups frozen cauliflower, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder
- Spread out evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-3o minutes. Once roasted to your desired doneness and crispiness, remove from oven and enjoy.
- If using the air fryer method follow the same instructions above and air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking the air fryer basket half way. (see video)
