Ninja Creami Sugar Free Ice Cream Coffee is a dreamy combination of smooth, creamy texture and rich coffee flavor. Sweetened with monk fruit, it's a guilt-free low carb and diabetic-friendly treat.
Combine all ingredients except heavy cream in a blender and blend until smooth.
1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2 tablespoon cream cheese, 2 tablespoon espresso powder, 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder, ⅛ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon guar gum, ½ cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
The next day, remove the frozen mixture from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami outer bowl with the lid blade on. Spin using the smoothie bowl or lite ice function until creamy.
Remove the ice cream from the Ninja Creami. Enjoy as is or, for an extra creamy texture, create a well in the center of the ice cream and add 1 oz of heavy cream. Spin again using the mix-in function.
