Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse and dry 2 cups of canned lupini beans.

In a bowl, combine lupini beans, olive oil, salt, black pepper, 1cayenne pepper, and oregano.

Mix until the beans are evenly coated.
Spread the beans on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
Turn off the oven and leave beans inside for an extra hour to enhance crispiness. (see video below)
