Prep all ingredients: slice provolone into cubes, slice pickles if not pre-sliced, have salami, pepperoni, and olives ready.
Take a 4-6 inch wooden skewer and start layering ingredients in an alternating pattern: provolone cube, salami, a pickle slice, pepperoni, a green olive.
Mix 4 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar in a small bowl for the drizzle.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic over skewers or serve plain with extra dipping sauce on the side.
