Ingredients
Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1X for Original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5X for Deluxe (24 ounces).
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 0%
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 scoop low carb vanilla protein powder 2.5 tbsp

- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon guar gum
- 1.25 cup water
Add in
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except pistachios) in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth. (see tips below the recipe card)
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
- After freezing, spin the mixture on the “Lite Ice” setting in the Ninja Creami.
- Respin the ice cream for a creamier texture.
- Top with crunchy pistachios and fold them in. Optionally, use the mix-in setting on the Ninja Creami to add the pistachios. Enjoy!
