Ingredients

fresh strawberries
hulled

cream cheese

greek yogurt

low carb vanilla protein powder

vanilla extract

heavy whipping cream 35%
Instructions
Wash and hull strawberries. Cut into chunks.
Pour heavy cream into a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Add cream cheese chunks, Greek yogurt, strawberry chunks, protein powder, and vanilla to blender. Blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour blended mixture into a bowl. Gently fold in whipped cream using a spatula.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve immediately with fresh strawberries for dipping, or chill 10-15 minutes for firmer consistency.
Notes
Soften cream cheese first (15 seconds in the microwave)
Whip cream to stiff peaks before folding
Fold gently with a spatula, don't overmix
Don't add whipped cream to blender; fold by hand
