These Keto Air Fryer Devilled Eggs have a crispy crust on the outside with a creamy yolk filling that makes these appetizers a hit every time.

Preheat air fryer at 400° F. Peel and then slice 6 hard boiled eggs in half, gently removing the yolks and placing them into a medium sized bowl.  Bread the eggs first by dredging in almond flour, then into the whisked egg and then into the low carb bread or pork rind crumbs

Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place each egg into the basket, then spray the eggs with cooking spray. You may need to do this in batches if they don't all fit. Air fry at 400 F for 6 minutes.

Make the yolk filling by mashing them with the mayo, dijon mustard, hot sauce and salt and pepper. Place yolk mixture into a piping bag with a star tip. If you don't have a piping bag you can use a spoon to fill the eggs.

Remove eggs from air fryer basket and place on a plate and fill each egg with the yolk mixture.  Top each egg with a sprinkle of paprika and chives.
