  • add hot water to a large bowl and mix in the sweetener with a whisk until dissolved.
  • whisk in the vanilla extract and then slowly add the xanthan gum while continuing to whisk.
  • strain the keto corn syrup into a jar and use as needed. (Don't forget to watch the video before making this recipe)

Notes

  • the keto corn syrup is best used right away as it may crystalize again depending on the sweetener used. I stored mine in the fridge and used it within 4 days.
