Sugar free banana popsicles are super creamy, dairy free, keto and vegan made with coconut cream and real banana.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mash the very ripe banana until creamy.
  • In a large bowl add the banana and remaining ingredients.
  • Whisk until well incorporated.
  • Pour in the popsicle mold and freeze up to 4 hours or more, overnight is best.
  • Remove from popsicle mold and consume. (Don't forget to watch the video before making this recipe)

Notes

Top Tips: 
  • Keep very ripe peeled bananas in the freezer wrapped in parchment paper in a freezer bag, and thaw when ready to make banana popsicles. By doing this, I find when they thaw, they are almost creamy in consistency and make it easier to whisk into the mixture.
  • Shake the cans of coconut cream and full fat coconut milk very well before opening as they may separate if sitting too long.
