This low carb million dollar dip is super rich and creamy made with cheese, bacon crumbles and slivered almonds.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Add the cheddar, swiss and blue cheese and mix until evenly combined.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix through.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with veggies, pork rinds and low carb crackers. (See the below video for detailed instructions if needed)

Notes

Top Tip: the low carb million dollar cream cheese dip is quite thick and requires veggies that are strong enough to scoop into the dip. If using bell peppers, slice them thick so they can be used kind of like a shovel to scoop out the dip. Crackers should also be thick enough to scoop into the dip. Celery and pork rinds are fine.
