Low Carb Air Fryer Broccoli Parmesan
Crispy broccoli made in the air fryer sprinkled with parmesan. This recipe is low carb, keto and diabetic friendly.

- 3 cups broccoli
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 3 tablespoon water optional (see notes)
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
In a large bowl mix the olive oil, salt and pepper and then add the broccoli.
Toss until veggies are well coated.
Add a ¼ cup of the grated parmesan cheese and mix until evenly distributed.
Transfer to air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes, toss and air fry for another 5 minutes. (spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray if needed)
Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and toss with the remaining parmesan. (Refer to the detailed video instructions below if further clarification is needed)
** Please note that it is suggested not to add water to your air fryer basket, so this is optional and you are doing so at your own risk. If you do not have an air fryer with a basket, you can also make this recipe without adding water.
- To ensure even cooking of the air fried broccoli make sure to cut into bite sized pieces. However, not too small as the tips will burn before the rest of the broccoli is cooked.
