Blue Cheese Brussel Sprouts with Walnuts and Bacon

Crispy shaved brussel sprouts with creamy blue cheese, walnuts and bacon. A perfect combination you will not want to share it with anyone else it's so damn good!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts sliced thin
  • 4 slices bacon
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Wash and trim the brussel sprouts and then slice them thinly with a sharp knife or use a food processor with the slicing blade.
  • Spread brussel sprouts evenly onto a sheet pan and then top with the sliced bacon, crumbled blue cheese, walnuts and salt and pepper. Toss and combine with your hands.
  • Roast in the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes flipping half way through. (Refer to the detailed video instructions below if further clarification is needed)

Notes

Top Tip: char the brussel sprouts and bacon by using an older sheet pan that you don't mind getting banged up a little. Using parchment paper will not give the same crispiness to the ingredients.
