Instructions
Cook green beans to desired doneness and set aside.
In a saucepan, sauté onions and garlic in medium-low heat with the olive oil and salt until soft. Add cream cheese, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and shredded cheddar. Stir until creamy.
In a large bowl, combine cooked green beans, bacon crumbles, and the cheesy onion sauce mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a buttered casserole dish.
Top with crushed pork rinds and drizzle with olive oil.
