  • In a small saucepan on medium heat, bring water to a boil, add erythritol and whisk until completely dissolved. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes
  • add xanthan gum and whisk vigorously to ensure there are no lumps and it is well incorporated. Allow to simmer for another 2 minutes
  • add stevia drops and whisk again
  • remove from heat and allow to cool before pouring into a bottle or mason jar.
