- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- ½ cup cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 juice of 1 lime
- 1 zest of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender of food processor
Blend for 30 seconds, shake of mix with a spoon and blend again for 30 seconds
Pour into a bowl or a squeeze bottle and use with your favourite dishes.
